Rise48, one of the fastest-growing real estate investment groups in the U.S., faced challenges with inadequate investment portals and a disjointed set of productivity tools. They recognized the need for a more efficient way to fundraise and deploy capital for multi-family investments.
To solve this, Rise48 partnered with Slate to develop Fundamental Portal. Initially built for Rise48, it has since evolved into a leading SaaS platform for the broader investment community. Slate led the design and development, integrating Plaid, Dwolla, and Docusign for banking verification, payments, and e-signing, providing a seamless investor experience.
