Solution
CrewPlace Enterprise helps healthcare organizations manage staffing & optimize workforce deployment in real-time.
Healthcare organizations historically struggle with staffing shortages, inefficient workforce management, and a lack of transparency in scheduling. These challenges result in unfilled shifts, increased workloads, staff burnout, and diminished productivity, ultimately compromising patient care.
To address these issues, we created CrewPlace Enterprise, a cloud-based platform for real-time workforce management. It empowers organizations to track staffing needs, fill gaps with internal or external float pool resources, and optimize scheduling. By improving communication, and providing data-driven insights into staff skills and certifications, CrewPlace significantly boosts operational efficiency while reducing staffing costs for Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
Additionally, we developed a specialized version of the product focused on optimizing the utilization of capital-intensive radiology machines. These solutions are now used globally, including at the American Oncology Institute in Hyderabad, India.
