
Despite popular opinion, I don't consider myself a morning person. In my quest to improve this character trait, I just picked up the new Jawbone UP with hopes of improving my health, as well as getting a better understanding of my sleep patterns.

I figure if I can better understand my sleeping habits, I can correct the rest of my daily routine to allow for a better rested me to be anything but a zombie in the morning. It's never too late right?
